Let TrackRoad select the right vehicle

Every vehicle has a Fuel Cost associated field.  When operating multiple vehicles, using the Fuel Cost field can eliminate or at least reduce operating vehicles that are costlier than others.

In the following images, truck John costs 3.00 per mile and truck Matt costs 0.90 per mile.  You can see John gets very few stops while most distant stops are assigned to Matt since Matt costs less to operate.
